Barbara founded Hummingbird Communications, LLC in 2017. She created a 3E partnership approach that offers her clients unwavering ethical, effective expertise in applying the science of strategic public affairs and integrated communications to any industry. With more than three decades of experience, she provides an unwavering commitment to excellence and insight to navigate the complexities of today’s global communication landscape.

Keith Leatherwood Jr.
VP Business Development
Keith is instrumental in business development, engaging clients, and identifying how Hummingbird can best meet their needs. With a background in the finance industry, he combines strong business acumen and sharp communication skills to support business expansion and manage clients’ accounts, identifying solutions for the public and private sectors.
Additionally, Keith brings expertise in policy — tracking legislation and regulations to foresee issues that may impact clients and operationalize advocacy plans to get in front of any potential problems.
